Ingredients
- 500g potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1 packet Shan Aaloo Bhaji Mix
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1-2 green chillies (optional)
- ½ cup water
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cubed potatoes and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Shan Aaloo Bhaji mix over the potatoes and mix well.
- Pour in ½ cup water, cover, and let the potatoes cook for 12-15 minutes or until soft and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander.
